Privacy policy
We collect your email address so we can tell you when Muster opens. We send that one email, then delete the list. We don't use cookies, and we don't sell your data.

This policy covers this website and the Muster waitlist. MusterLabs ("we") runs both, from Austin, Texas, USA. Muster gets its own privacy policy before it opens.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Basic request data that our hosting provider records when you load a page: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, and the time. We use it to keep the site running and secure, and to count visits. We don't use it to identify you.
How we use your email
We use your email address for one thing: one email on the day Muster opens. You give us permission when you join, and you can take it back at any time by asking us to delete your address.
We don't send newsletters or marketing. We don't sell your address or share it with advertisers.
Who handles your data
Two providers handle your data for us, and only to run the waitlist.

How long we keep it
We delete the waitlist after we send the launch email. If you ask us to remove your address before then, we delete it within 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@musterlabs.io from the address you signed up with, and we reply within 30 days. These rights apply wherever you live.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics scripts, or ad trackers.
Children
Muster is for people 18 and older. If you think a child joined the waitlist, email us and we'll delete the address.
Where your data is stored
We store your data in the United States. If you join from outside the United States, your email address is transferred there.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we ask you first.
